Our Advertising team is growing and we are actively seeking a new team member to join our dynamic group.

As an Advertising Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling EFG’s digital advertising footprint across its owned and operated products and social media channels. Reporting to the Advertising Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with media agencies and clients across the UK and some European territories. You will also collaborate with multiple teams including Advertising Operations, Brand Partnerships, Account Management, and Ad Product to deliver the very best advertising experience for clients. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, inclined to dive deep into the details, and passionate about innovation and creativity. Strong communication skills are a must with a proven ability to deliver business pitches to mid and senior-level customers.

What you will do:

Customer Engagement (70%):

  • Respond to agency and client RFPs with solutions that deliver the customer's objectives 
  • Manage existing and develop new relationships with designated media agencies and clients 
  • Act as an owner of your business with a hunter mentality
  • Proactively identify and pitch new accounts within your agency patch
  • Represent EFG with high levels of professionalism and integrity to earn the trust of our customers and build long term relationships
  • Partner with the planning team to build and deliver impactful pitch documents
  • Be a resource for customers by offering subject matter expertise on gaming communities and how to reach them 
  • Drive revenue and deliver quotas through both direct and indirect sales channels

Sales Operations (20%):

  • Partner with Planning, Ad Ops, and the Account Management teams to ensure accurate campaign delivery and maintain high service levels
  • Monitor campaign success based on KPIs and agree optimization plans where necessary
  • Contribute to weekly/monthly and quarterly business performance reports
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene within the CRM system (SFDC)

Brand Partnership Sales Collaboration (10%):

  • Support Brand Partnership Sales activity as the advertising sales SME
  • Participate in briefing sessions with Brand Partnerships Sales, Account Management and Commercial Operations
  • Help prepare and present advertising solutions in alignment with the goals and objectives of the brand partnership customers

Other Duties: 

As an Advertising Sales Exec, you will perform other related duties assigned or as you deem necessary in the execution of your functions or duties as specified by the Advertising Sales Director, SVP Advertising, or your Employer.

Additional:

From time to time, you will be expected to travel to key events, trade shows and customer meetings globally.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience managing digital sales processes.
  • History of consistently delivering sales targets
  • Proven ability to manage high levels of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as required
