ICB (Waterproofing) Ltd

We are one of the UK's leading suppliers of Waterproofing solutions, predominantly for flat roofs and we are looking for an experienced Flat Roofer who is keen in developing into a Technical & Training Manager role at our premises in Poole, Dorset.

This is a permanent position and salary is negotiable based on skills, knowledge, and experience.

Working hours: 39 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm / Fri 9.00am - 4.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

·         To deliver training courses on behalf of ICB

·         To visit site as required to inspect work and/or help resolve any installation issues.

·         To carry out site surveys.

·         To test and help develop new products and systems.

·         To maintain the training facility and keep in good order.

·         To produce product samples as required for testing and/or marketing purposes.

·         To attend tests and produce results reports.

·         To attend relevant industry meetings and represent ICB.

·         To remain up to date with all technical aspects of the company’s products and services.

·         To keep up to date with industry regulations and requirements.

Requirements

Essential:

·         Minimum of 5 years Flat Roofing experience

·         Will have installed a variety of systems specifically, Single Ply, Bitumen Membranes, Liquid Roofing Systems.

·         English, numerical and computer literate.

·         You should be technically minded and take pride in the work you do.

·         Be presentable and confident – the role involves training others.

Desired:

·         Knowledge and experience of using AutoCAD would be a bonus, but training can be provided.
