As a pivotal member of our team you'll be at the forefront of our commercial administration efforts, supporting our Regional and Departmental Heads to seize business opportunities and ensure efficient management of invoicing.

Working a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends paying up to £40,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive business support services to departmental heads, ensuring seamless operations
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to guarantee accurate and timely invoicing
• Take charge of managing aged debt through strategic client liaison, ensuring financial health
• Dive into sales leads, craft compelling fee proposals, and navigate closures with finesse
• Identify and capitalize on CDM and Site Inspection work opportunities, driving growth
• Smoothly facilitate completion of client supplier forms for seamless onboarding

• Oversee purchasing, vetting, and maintain strong relationships with our supply chain partner

• Showcase your expertise in CDM Consultancy and Fire Safety Services, backed by relevant qualifications
