In this Senior UX Designer role, you'll leverage user-centric approaches to shape interactions across our digital offerings. Your deep understanding of UX practices will be crucial in identifying user requirements and developing solutions that seamlessly integrate user flows, interfaces, and systems to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes
• Make prototypes to articulate ideas and interactions
• Present UX vision and strategy to clients and internal teams
• Design and facilitate usability testing sessions
• Evaluate success metrics and iterate based on feedback
• Offer innovative recommendations based on user needs and business goals

Requirements

• 4+ years in a UX design role
• Strong product design experience
• Expertise in usability testing and user research methodologies
• Excellent skills in creating user flows, journey maps, and wireframes
• Experience defining functionality and creating UX documentation
• Good proficiency in UI design and working with design systems
• Comfortable working with in-house teams and developers
• Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity
