We are now seeking a Director of Field Marketing for our UK business. This person will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and lead a team of three marketing professionals. They will be responsible for defining and executing the UK Marketing plan, and collaborate closely with our UK GM, the wider RevOrg, product marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, and brand and content.

The new Director of Field Marketing will act as part of the wider marketing leadership team.

The Role - what you'll do as our Director of Field Marketing

  • Lead marketing planning for the UK region, developing and executing a year long plan of marketing activity to drive revenue from all audiences in the region.
  • Identify market segments & develop and execute a measurable demand creation strategy that drives revenue
  • Work with product marketing and regional experts to understand the UK market, select targets and define marketing strategy.
  • Partner with the UK GM to align on UK priorities to define marketing plan & spend
  • Work closely with Director Digital Marketing to help drive results from paid & organic online channels
  • Recruit, lead and mentor the UK marketing team.
  • Manage the UK marketing budget, optimising activity to improve CPL, CAC and conversion rates.
  • Measure, track and manage UK marketing KPIs and reporting across the funnel.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to analyse funnel metrics and determine campaign priorities
  • Identify opportunities for joint Marketing with key UK strategic partnerships working closely with the VP Global Partnerships

About you - what we are looking for:

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, events, product & field marketing
  • Ideally some experience gained with an accounting and bookkeeping technology business (however this is not essential)
  • Expertise in presenting structured marketing plans to senior management
  • Experience of working in a global business and strong experience of briefing through cross functional teams
  • The ability to create and executing effective multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong budget management and campaign metrics reporting (ROI, CPL,CAC)
  • Excellent project management, organisation, coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Experience in supporting sales enablement and processes
  • A proven track record in negotiating marketing program costs with vendors
  • Experience of Salesforce, HubSpot and JIRA is preferred
  • Ability to mentor teams, prioritise workload and delegate effectively
