We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Business Analyst with Insurance sector experience who would be responsible for gathering , documenting and elaborating requirements for both client facing and internal development projects and providing client support for the INSTANDA platform. The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, to ensure the smooth delivery of our solution to our clients. The position is perfect for someone who wants to experience working for a scaling tech company and be instrumental in helping our business thrive.

Whilst this is a client facing role, you will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the INSTANDA platform as you will be a conduit between clients and developers.

This role is UK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office.

What you will do:

  • Full immersion on INSTANDA platform: your success in this role is directly correlated to learning, understanding and developing substantial knowledge of it.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with our clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
  • Effectively capture, understand, define and document functional and non-functional business requirements that gather the clients' key criteria and technical requirements, and align these to our commercial and technical considerations.
  • Partner with our service delivery and engineering teams to support design and sign off potential new functionalities
  • Support the UAT process of the INSTANDA configuration and of new functionalities.
  • Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
  • This role will require occasional travel to client sites in London and the surrounding area with occasional travel to other parts of the UK and overseas

Requirements

Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the Insurance sector
  • Experience of the end-to-end software delivery cycle.
  • Extensive experience of working with development teams and external clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience of process and systems analysis and experience in translating requirements into User Stories for inclusion in sprints.
  • Confident in presenting to clients, partner organisations and within INSTANDA

Desirable:

  • Experience of SaaS or platform technology solutions will be a distinct advantage
