You'll optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, participate in pitches, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Role Overview:

As Man Bites Dog’s Digital Strategist, you are responsible for consulting with large global B2B brands across multiple sectors to develop and execute effective digital strategies to drive lead generation, support account-based marketing and sales.  Applying your experience in B2B marketing and content marketing and your creative and innovative approach, you will develop “brand to sales” strategies for the award-winning thought leadership campaigns that we create for our clients, focusing on the C-suite, ensuring they have maximum impact.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and delivery of effective, high-impact digital strategies for thought leadership campaigns and ongoing content and PR programmes, reporting to client directors. Ensure each digital campaign is focused on lead generation / sales conversion and is monitored and measured effectively, working closely with the client to develop agreed metrics and KPIs and to optimise for client and award success.
  • Develop and execute effective account based marketing strategies harnessing personalised content for maximum impact.
  • Support and actively contribute to Man Bites Dog new business development with digital activation and strategy case studies, credentials and prospect outreach.
  • Main contact for your clients on a daily basis for digital strategy and execution activities to include account based marketing, paid, earned, shared and owned media.
  • Effective commercial management of digital strategy programmes in line with processes, with particular focus on timely delivery and appropriate service levels.
  • Develop and maintain positive and profitable relationships with suppliers on your client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth across accounts, proactively cross-sell, problem solve and deepen and widen connections within client companies.

 

Requirements

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in a consultancy / agency providing client consultancy and campaign execution
  • Over 5 years experience in Digital Strategy and B2B Marketing
  • Content marketing expert with a passion for effective digital storytelling and engagement
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation
  • Experienced in managing high-profile, large client accounts
  • Self-starter with strong leadership abilities
  • Skilled in account based marketing techniques
  • Proficient in measuring and analysing success and implementing continuous improvement

 

Desirable:

  • Marketing qualification
  • Experience working on global digital campaigns
  • Experience targeting corporate C-suite audiences
  • Experience activating thought leadership campaigns
