An expert in HubSpot MAS and CRM, you’ll be adept in marketing automation and data segmentation, ensuring Janes communications and programs are sent to the right person at the right time whilst enabling teams with data-driven insights that make them better marketers.

You'll be a strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action, with the know how to lead the charge in delivery of our strategy for digital customer experience, key accounts, sales support and marketing analytics.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Craft and execute a winning customer experience strategy
  • Support the sales team in helping them to achieve their targets, building our advertising and outreach programs to align to their goals.
  • Analyse data and identify market trends to optimize campaigns
  • Run day to day operations for the marketing team

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the creation and management of marketing campaigns

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as creative, social media, and email marketing
  • Updating and maintaining marketing databases
  • Analysing marketing data and preparing report

 

Email marketing

  • The creation and delivery of all marketing email such as newsletters, promotions, and invitations  
  • Correct segmentation of contact data for the purposes of email marketing
  • Manage and protect the email deliverability score.
  • Optimise for performance using A/B testing, automation and reporting

  • Ensure consent safeguards are maintained.
  • Monthly performance report

Reporting and Analysis

  • Tracking and reporting of marketing programs and initiatives via delivery of detailed reporting covering all aspects of marketing technology

Lead Management & Marketing Automation

  • Management of inbound lead routing and lead quality processes
  • Management of all marketing automations and sales orchestrations

Nurture Programs

  • Design and build out of all nurture programs using advanced automation and segmentation where required.
  • Monitor and update programs for performance where required.

Advertising

  • Design and build out of all digital advertising campaigns.
  • Continual testing to optimise for performance.

Marketing Team Support

  • Creation and management of reporting to support the marketing team, programs, and initiatives.
  • Lead loading into Salesforce for event marketing purposes
  • Campaign set-up and configuration
  • Team training and support where required.
  • User set up and onboarding.

Data Cleanliness

  • CRM Management ensuring objects, properties and associations are configured correctly[KV6] .

Website Forms

  • Creation and management of all webforms ensuring correct configuration, data capture and processing is always taking place.

Website Chat Programs

  • End-to-end creation and management of the website chat process across public and customer websites

Customer Surveys

  • Management of all customer surveys and survey touchpoints
  • Ensure feedback is routed correctly to internal stakeholders.
  • Report on performance where required.

Sales Enablement & Support

  • ABM support across a range of activities including sales support digital programs, lead generation.
  • Developed understanding of marketing principles and provides support to the Marketing team by conducting market research, creating reports, and assisting in campaign planning and execution. They will also be expected to learn and use marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, have strong organisational and time management skills and be proficient in office programs such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
