Requirements

Customer Inquiry Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful responses to customer questions and concerns.
    • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or management when necessary.
Administrative Support:

Cross-Business Coordination:

    • Liaise with various departments across the business to resolve customer issues.

Issue Resolution and Follow-up:
    • Investigate and solve product/service issues reported by customers.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
    • Provide feedback to the management on recurring customer concerns or patterns.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Document all customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
    • Handle sensitive information confidentially.
