Following the change in ownership, Interpath continues to go through an exciting journey of growth throughout the UK and internationally. As well as geographical expansion, we have also grown our transaction services, M&A / corporate finance and debt advisory teams, as well as several other deal advisory teams.

We're looking for committed individuals to join our new Loan Portfolio Diligence team as an Associate, our entry level position.  Don’t know what Loan Portfolio Diligence is? No problem – we will teach you what you need to know.

Our senior team brings a great depth and variety of experience across the structured finance sector.  We are determined to build a market leading proposition, and are looking for two associates to join us to help deliver and grow our business.

You will be involved in a diverse range of engagements, working with specialist lenders, high-street banks, funds and investment banks.  Transactions range from asset based lending, forward flows, private funding transactions, portfolio sales, significant risk transfers, and full public securitisations.

You'll be joining a newly established team in a fast-paced environment, with scope to learn, develop and influence our trajectory.  As part of our wider Financial Services Debt Advisory team, you’ll have opportunities to work with adjacent teams to help build your skills and develop your network across the firm.

Requirements

• School Leaver or University Graduate.
