What you’ll do:
As we expand in the UK & the US, this role is key to helping us grow our engineering and corporate personnel across our data, enterprise and quant engineering teams.
- Find outstanding talent with a great culture fit
- Source candidates from a wide-range of backgrounds
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they are a good fit for their role
- Work with Senior VP's and Directors to understand their recruitment needs
Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience hiring candidates in technical roles
- Be comfortable hiring in other areas of the business (such as operations, sales and marketing)
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- A basic understanding of technical languages
- Be a strong negotiator with a passion for recruiting
- At least 5 years experience
