We seek a skilled Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant to join our innovative and ethical team.

The Opportunity:

We seek an experienced Accounts Manager or Senior Accountant who will be pivotal in managing and advising our esteemed clientele of NHS GP practices and partnerships. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our high service standards and fostering our clients' continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Portfolio Management: Develop and nurture relationships with GP practices and medical partnerships, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored accounting solutions.

* Review & Oversight: Oversee and review accounts prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Prepare final accounts for director review.

* Advisory Services: Offer clients strategic financial advice and guidance, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes and improve their practices' profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualifications & Experience:

* ACCA/FCCA or ACA/FCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional accountancy environment.

* 2 years specialised experience in relevant field

* Proficiency in Xero; certification is essential.

* Must be based within the UK.

Skills:

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* A proactive and client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
