JOB TITLE: Mobile Sites Maintenance Supervisor

LOCATIONS: Hybrid working, Central London sites

SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri

SALARY:

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

To efficiently manage and support a team of engineers of all disciplines on a day to day basis,

ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of their

day to day tasks. To liaise with the Helpdesk and Contract Management Teams to provide excellent

service delivery to our customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To advise and provide assistance to our engineers on any technical matters
  • To improve service delivery performance and reduce costs where possible
  • To ensure SLA and KPI’s are achieved by our engineers
  • Working alongside the Helpdesk Team, assisting with Labour resource and technical issues or queries
  • To undertake HR process such as informal and, formal discussions, investigation meetings and any other HR related issues as required
  • To carry out engineer audits which would include PPE, vehicles, tools, ladders and Tool Box Talks
  • To manage all aspects of H&S in relation to all works from planning to completion, including RA&MS COSHH, etc
  • To support the Contract Management Teams in engineering service delivery

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Technical qualifications – Combustion / Electrical / HVAC / Mechanical
  • Experience with training and supervising engineers
  • Good understanding of M&E Building Services
  • Good IT skills – Intermediate level, excel, word, power point
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace

 

Desirable:

·       IOSH qualification

·       Authorised Person – Electrical / Mechanical / Confined Spaces
