We are now expanding our team in Norfolk with an exciting new Marketing Manager position to further accelerate our growth. 

Job Purpose 

The Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing department's activities and campaigns, leading efforts to strengthen our brand and grow our customer base. This role involves strategic planning, leadership and execution of innovative marketing initiatives to drive acquisition and retention across multiple digital channels including email and SMS. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of marketing channels. 

Team Leadership: Collaborate with the wider team at UKCC and Group Level, ensuring alignment with business objectives.  

Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ROI and LTV of campaigns. 

Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand image and voice across all channels. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity in all marketing materials. 

Vendor/Supplier Management: Be able to source new acquisition partners, qualify proposals and vetting vendors to ensure they provide value and are a suitable fit to grow UKCC’s customer base. Be able to manage external stakeholders to ensure they deliver against set objectives and KPIs. 

Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics to measure performance and inform decision-making. Analyse trends as well as competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. 

Budget Management: Develop and manage a growing multi-million marketing budget. Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and maximise ROI. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and support company initiatives. Confident in providing strategic marketing updates to the directors and Group Level. 

Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid and organic social media, including Youtube and TikTok.  

New Marketing Channels: Launch and develop new marketing channels to expand our reach, engagement and customer base. 

Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record within digital channels and above-the-line marketing. 

This role is based at our offices in Norwich, near the Airport with free parking. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.   

Skills: 

o    Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. 

o    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

o    Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools) and MS Office. 

o    Strong analytical experience and ability to analyse multiple sets of data. 

o    Proven project management skills. 

o    Creative and strategic thinking. 

o    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

 

Personal Attributes: 

o    High level of initiative and proactive approach. 

o    Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
