ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Performance Marketing Executive within the Growth Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving profitable customer acquisition for our business.

Paid search continues to be one of the key customer acquisition channels we invest in as a business and you will be responsible for bringing new ideas and initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities whilst continuing to optimise our paid search approach.

Reporting into our Paid Search Lead, you will work closely with the paid search team and local marketplace teams and be fully immersed in the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage, plan and scale paid search campaigns & PMax across Google Search Bing 
  • Day-to-day account management including campaign optimisation, budget management, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the paid search team to grow and optimise our paid search campaigns including developing and executing ad copy and landing page AB tests
  • Work closely with local market Trading teams, Organic Performance & Marketing Analytics
  • Heavy involvement with owning paid search activity for Spain
  • Identify and test, new and innovative growth opportunities to deliver on our business KPIs
  • Manipulate and analyse data into actionable business insights to improve efficiency of our marketing portfolio
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Performance Marketing

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • At least 1 year hands on experience optimising paid search campaigns 
  • Strong technical skills in data manipulation using Excel. Tableau or SQL is a bonus
  • Fluent English
  • Fluency in Spanish or German is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, finance, IT or related discipline will be highly regarded but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive and self-driven mindset, able to work independently and contribute as a team player
