Wanted: Lead Generation Administrator (Trade Sales)

To support the expansion of our presence of Master of Malt Trade. You’ll assist with lead generation / sales calls, managing new account registrations - both growing and nurturing the strong customer base that continues to grow organically.

The role:

You’ll learn about Master of Malt Trade’s unique offerings and keep up to date on wider campaigns, to ensure that you’re able to fully represent our business and accurately respond to questions from new prospects.

Primary tasks and responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers and gaining initial orders.
  • Liaise with sales and customer relations teams to ensure coordination and smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Upload accurate data to our CRM and maintain with regular updates and cleansing.
  • Research, prospect and qualify potential new trade clients by engaging with businesses over phone and email.
  • Outbound dialling UK trade clients to offer promotions, competition opportunities and invites to events.
  • Generate qualified and engaged leads and opportunities to ensure a healthy pipeline of prospective customers for our sales teams. These will be a mixture of organic and self-generated leads.  
  • Office-based account management.

Requirements

  • You’re outgoing and tenacious, thriving on chasing leads and generating new business. 
  • Good commercial and business awareness, with ability to identify good prospects.
  • Experienced in outbound calls and lead generation. 
  • Self starter, highly motivated and tenacious.
  • Organised with ability to multi-task.
  • Tech savvy and able to pick up new programmes quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and display empathy across various communications platforms.

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
