AVK-SEG UK Ltd is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our teams within the UK, Ireland and European Data Centre Projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various projects within our organization. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, progress updates, and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeline constraints
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation

Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a M&E Project Manager
    • Experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical Installations
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members
    • Proficient in project management software
    • PMP certification is a plus
    • Must hold an EU Passport for work in European countries
    • Right to work in country
