About the Job

NEYO Ltd is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management) and a specialization in Discovery of Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes,etc. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, particularly focused on Discovery of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc). You will work closely with our clients to understand their IT infrastructure and business requirements, leveraging ServiceNow's ITOM capabilities to drive efficiencies and improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a specialization in Discovery of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, cloud environment, and specific requirements for Discovery.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Discovery tools and methodologies to discover, map, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of cloud resources.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow Discovery modules to align with client-specific needs and ensure accurate identification and classification of cloud resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and platforms, enhancing the visibility and management of cloud resources.
  • Develop technical specifications, workflows, and integration requirements to support the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly related to Discovery of Cloud environments.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization within client's IT infrastructure and operational processes.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and specialized expertise in Discovery of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc).
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, particularly for Cloud platforms.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, GCP, and related services.
  • Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow Discovery modules to suit client-specific needs and enhance resource identification and classification in cloud environments.
  • Proficient in ITIL best practices and practical understanding of IT service management processes.
  • ServiceNow certifications related to ITOM and Discovery of Cloud environments are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
