Are you ready to take on the challenge of being a Business Development Executive? In this role, you will have the exciting task of maximising business opportunities. You'll be following up on new enquiries, keeping in touch with lapsed and low spending clients, and actively seeking out new clients. We are looking for someone who is proactive, driven, and truly passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Calling lapsed customers to get them back on board.
• Calling lower spending accounts that have potential to increase spend, particularly through taking a wider range of products from us.
• Calling relevant prospects to create leads for new business.
• Booking appointments for external account managers.
• Maintaining a clean CRM Database.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Office based) - may include working reasonable additional hours without additional pay in accordance with the needs and requirements of the business.
