We are looking for a Delivery Manager here at INSHUR, working on a technical programme of work which covers multiple states and partners. You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK, US and the Netherlands, and new European countries as we expand.

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you'll be joining a friendly team of 4 who believe in delivering great features while looking for the best ways to refine and improve how we work.

What you'll do

As our Delivery Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of projects across the company.  You will be the primary connector between multiple stakeholders, partners and colleagues, with responsibility for making sure the right features are built in the right order to deliver value at speed in an iterative manner. You will be supporting the Head of Delivery to improve the project delivery function and current processes. 

We don’t have a checklist of skills - our hiring process is much more around aptitude and passion so don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or checked off all the skills and experience listed below.

What we offerOur budget for this role is £65,000 - £75,000 and we will take into account any previous experience and location of work when agreeing on the final offer.
