About the Team:

The influencer marketing team is the growth engine of CurrentBody and works at the intersection of influencer marketing and partnerships. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms in order to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.

About the Role: 

Our European Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to elevate our brand presence, drive engagement, and boost sales across multiple European territories. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns and building strong relationships within the beauty industry.

  • Development and implementation of the  influencer marketing strategy aligned with CurrentBody's brand goals and objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and negotiation to content creation, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, social media, PR, product development) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets to ensure cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to continuously refine and enhance our influencer marketing approach.
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate influencer participation in events, product launches, and other brand initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty or tech industry.
  • Must possess some European language skills (such as French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian) 
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.
  • Experience of managing a team.
