Project Finance Administrators are responsible for set up and maintenance of projects on Interpath’s systems, ensuring the financial and operational detail for these are always correct, liaising with project teams and wider support functions to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements is maintained, ensure billing occurs accurately, and in a timely manner to maximise cashflow, liaise with Credit Control as necessary and when the assignment is complete, they make the necessary entries to close the project out.

 Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a reliable team that supports a vast array of projects.  They will relish the opportunity to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and grow their commercial awareness.  They will ensure reporting (verbally and electronically) is accurate, timely and clear.

 Strong numerical, administrative skills and project management is essential, together with previous experience with MS Office (Excel & Word essential). They will be a team player with good interpersonal skills with an ability to manage their own workload.

Project Finance Administrator will report into the Finance Team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accurate set up of new projects on Interpath’s finance systems.
  • Ongoing management of diverse portfolio of projects on finance systems.
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders in the business to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Accurate Commercial filing and Audit compliance.
  • Managing weekly Time Report Process.
  • Opening and maintaining Sold jobs in financial systems.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely Invoicing.
  • Support chasing of Debt.
  • Accurate financial reporting to Partners, Assignment Manager and Head of Sectors.

  • Able to meet firm wide deadlines as required.
  • Numerate and able to analyse large amounts of data and figures.
  • Accurate word processing and spreadsheet skills - Essential applications: Excel and Word.
  • Good team player with flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Able to use initiative, work well under pressure, without close supervision.
  • Organised and able to prioritise.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
