About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled ‘Photoshop intern’ willing to immerse themselves in the fast and furious environment that is INK’s Art Department. We retouch, we mock up, we scamp, we design, we render and then we make it pixel perfect. 

All you need is a flair for Photoshop, a passion for hard work and a love for coming up with great ideas.

Will it be exciting? Yes. Will the hours be long? Sometimes. Will the work you create be great? Always. 

There is a permanent role to be awarded at the end of a successful Internship period of 3 months.

Requirements

  • Photoshop basic photo editing and retouching skills, including the following.
  • Layers, Masking, Cloning, Clean-up, and Pathing. You should know layering and masking inside out.
  • Layered Compositing - e.g cutting an element from one image and embedding it in another image. 

Your folio should demonstrate all of the above.

Other abilities welcomed (Nice to haves)

  • Proficient in using a digital camera for various photographic tasks.
  • Ability to develop and experiment with mockups of various looks and styles.
  • Skills in creating, sketching, and effectively communicating ideas visually.
  • A design background with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with any 3D software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Highly creative with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • An ability to communicate your ideas and ability to implement feedback effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Passionate about photography, design, and 3D creation.

  • Basic Salary of £23,795.00 until Internship is passed (Typically 3 months) Salary will increase to £27k based on performance.
