As a Chef de Partie you will play a key role in our team and food offer development to bring our food to life and helping develop our offer to set us apart in the Golf and Leisure market by producing high quality food, which can be delivered consistently produce delicious, nutritious food which ensures our customers will keep returning to us on when making their choice of place to eat.

The role is to share your experience. enthusiasm and inspiration to deliver our offer and to bring it to reality by working in our kitchen to deliver consistently in both the Players Lounge and the events team

About Get Golfing

Get Golfing CIO, a charity that supports struggling English golf facilities, is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes for our members and visitors. Get Golfing currently owns and operates 11 sites with 6,000 members and over 130,000 unique visitors each year.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to the established menu and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to menu planning and the development of new dishes.
  • Support and train other kitchen staff as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
