Where does this role fit in?

The offline ops director is a born leader who can flawlessly manage all areas within your remit.

The role will be pivotal in ensuring the business and departments all run smoothly, efficiently and in accordance with ITG WOW.

You will need to know how ITG works, how areas integrate, have a strong understanding of the how work transitions through the business from conception through to delivery. 

You will be an empathetic leader who has both a technical and creative eye which will help you manage day to day operations.

You will be a process driven individual with with considerable experience and will be someone that can direct and lead the teams without them feeling suffocated by the process. 

You will need to develop, implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems to provide visibility for clear and accurate reporting to the senior management team.

You will be an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives on being involved at all levels of the business but will ensure we have high standards of project management as the core of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and scheduling for all creative service projects, including digital, dev, strategic creative and performance marketing.
  • Provide SME expertise to the account teams and clients and support to deliver creative, profitable campaigns and solutions.
  • Managing the scheduling and control of freelance support for digital projects
  • Operational processes, including WOW, use of platforms and reporting
  • Collection of data used for operational reporting
  • Building and maintain strong relationships with internal and external (3rd party suppliers) Take proactive and thought leading approach to delivering all projects and campaigns.
  • Providing a customer centric approach to our account teams and clients.

  • Ensure processes are clear, easy to navigate and fully implemented
  • Ensure resource plans are effective, cost efficient and deliver exceptional output
  • Ensure robust commercials are in place for all projects and are actively managed and adhered too by all parties
  • Manage and report against the use of freelancers
  • Ensure WOW are controlled and managed
  • Ensuring time booking and management delivers against expected KPI’s
  • Support in providing detailed estimates and scopes for new projects
  • Able to support with estimating or commercial analysis
  • Supports with business reporting
  • Support and train the wider team in all aspects of operational management, ensuring the team all have the tools to deliver for ITG
  • Work with client services to ensure WOW are aligned and deliver proactively for all parties
  • Ensure training guides and support is available if needed
  • Liaise with ITG tech teams to ensure operations is aligned with latest developments available
  • Seek to implement automation to improve on efficiency and generate time and cost savingsEnsure teams have the software and equipment needed to deliver against projects
  • Work with and support ops director in ensuring all areas are aligned and working with efficient processes that deliver efficiency, and commercial savings
