We are keen to speak with insolvency professionals to join a big 4 client of ours. You will be joining their restructuring practice based in the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.

You will help manage responsibility for the delivery and development of restructuring services, comprising of business development, client relationship management, risk management, quality assurance and resource management.

You will be responsible for:

• Applying knowledge of restructuring case management to existing and new engagements.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of local, external industry influencers and potential clients.
• Developing commercial awareness and knowledge of the financial services industries in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.
• Developing an awareness of worldwide current affairs and industry standards.
• Applying your knowledge of restructuring service lines to provide exceptional client service.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Assisting advisory leadership in the preparation and delivery of client proposals.
• Managing and motivating team members and providing effective performance management, developing opportunities and career guidance to all colleagues within your team.

Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant level experience in a restructuring environment.

• Exposure to managing multiple complex engagements.
• Self-motivated team player who is looking to further their career in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Strong financial and commercial analytical skills, including familiarity with according standards.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Benefits

Paying in the region of £40,000 - £50,000.
