The Opportunity

Working within the product Experience team and collaborating with Design, Development, and research teams. The Product experience lead will contribute to delivering a consistent ADAS experience across all models.

Success in this role requires an obsession with delivering innovative customer experiences, and a deep understanding of how customers want to use their automotive products.

What you'll do

• Define the ADAS experience that our customers will love, and drive the development of new functions and their implementation in or vehicles.
• Responsible for setting the experience direction and documenting product requirements that can be used to develop new and existing vehicle functions. 
• Collaborating with design and software engineering to continuously develop and improve the experience of our vehicles.
• Develop customer use cases for our vehicles to shape experiences that delight customers and reinforce our value proposition. 
• Develop and implement user testing methodologies to evaluate product concepts and prototypes. 
• Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user experience inside the ADAS domain. 
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.

Requirements

Who are you

• Strong experience in Product development and User Experience inside either self-driving or active safety domains. 
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and data analysis techniques
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing high level UX strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different disciplines.
• Experience with agile development methodologies would be beneficial.
