As Supply Chain Co-ordinator you will be working closely with our Production, Product Development and Technical teams - giving you a broad-based view of the design and manufacturing process in a vibrant, fast-paced startup. You’ll play a critical role in the delivery of millions of pounds of merchandise every season - and you will develop core project management, communication and analytical skills in the process.

In this role you would ….
  • manage and monitor the flow of product samples into our business
  • assist our garment technical team in assessing product samples and pushing them through a QC process
  • manage and monitor freight forwarding bookings to move our merchandise around the world
  • own the process of dipping and testing colour samples across our entire range
  • liaise with our suppliers in Asia, the near East and Europe to ensure our product arrives on time and spec.

Requirements

This role would suit a recent graduate, or someone early in their career - but you will still bring:

  • Good numeracy and numerical reasoning (which we will test)
  • Analytical capability, including decent, entry-level Excel skills
  • High levels of empathy, and strong communication skills. You need to write clear, concise, error-free emails.
  • High levels of organisation, with some project management in your past (professionally or personally)
  • Hustle - the ability to prioritise, figure out next steps and unblock yourself in a low-structure environment
  • A willingness to be in the office in Richmond 4 days a week

Benefits

You can expect:

  • A salary of £26-32k per year, dependent on experience
  • 25 days of holiday from the get go - with 1 additional day for each year of service
  • Vitality health insurance.
  • 3% pension matching.
  • £500 annual learning and development budget.
  • a day of flexible working (remote) per week
  • Regular team socials and events.
  • Perhaps the most generous 'trouser allowance' anywhere in the world*
