Main purpose of job

 

This role will form an integral part of our sales team, and will grow to encompass other projects as you become more embedded into the business.

 

Key responsibilities, duties and tasks

 

General admin for Senior Sales and Account Management teams:

  • Travel bookings
  • Expenses
  • Mail merges
  • Fuel Cards
  • Updating / Creating Buyers Guides for Client Meetings

 

Managing of Office Supplies:

  • Ensuring stationary levels and consumables remain stocked and available.
  • Post – Receipt of daily incoming post, and distribution to the relevant department/ individual. Organising payment and postage for outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Uniform – Ordering employee uniform on request, arranging branding and distribution to individuals on receipt.

 

Regular maintenance of NetSuite database:

  • Setting up customers and leads
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Providing standard reports on request.
  • Updating records

 

Event management:

  • Arranging Accora training events – booking venues, sending out invitations, coordinating diaries, catering, feedback and post event actions.
  • Main point of contact for delegate queries.
  • Manage advertising of events on Hubspot, monitor delegate booking numbers to ensure all sessions are fully subscribed.
  • Send out fliers via mail merge to relevant contacts to generate bookings.
  • Provide delegate list to relevant OT and AM prior to the session and add new contacts to Netsuite from the attendance information gathered on the day.
  • Exhibitions – coordinating diaries, equipment, health and safety forms etc
  • Maintaining stock levels of freebies and coordinating the delivery to each event.
  • Lunch and Learn Sessions – Supporting with IT during the sessions, recording of the event, setting up relevant videos, and managing the chat function.  Following up with certificates of attendance for delegates and copies of the session video.

 

New product set-up:

  • Setting up new products within Netsuite ERP system – sales prices, images, weblinks etc

  • Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job, whether that be on-the-job training, in-house training or external training courses
  • Undertake health and safety duties commensurate with the post and as detailed in the Company’s Health and Safety Policy
  • Act as an ambassador of the Company and promote the company brand, always displaying a positive image to customers and members of the public
