About The Role

As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a dynamic Partnership Marketing Manager to manage and grow our partner and affiliate network. Based in the UK, you will be responsible for supporting our global partners across multiple regions and identifying new opportunities to build relationships. This role will play a critical part in enhancing our global footprint, driving revenue growth, and ensuring partners are aligned with our strategic goals.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partners are supported effectively, while also scouting and onboarding new affiliates to drive growth in our core markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop a partnership strategy and roadmap.
  • Planning and Campaigns: Create and execute plans to meet strategic objectives. Creating clear communication channels with our Partner network.
  • Partnership Activation: Manage, engage and get our new partners and affiliates up and running, identifying new opportunities to develop our relationships, working close with the commercial team.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing global partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and growth targets.
  • New Partner Acquisition: Identify, new partners and affiliates in key markets, expand our global network, working closely with our commercial team.
  • Support Global Partners: Act as the key contact for partners across the UK, UAE, India, and beyond, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner support and integration of our services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of partnerships, ensuring they meet revenue and engagement targets.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide partners with training, marketing and sales resources and collateral to help them effectively sell and promote Interpolitan’s solutions to their client base.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for partnership growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on partnership activities, revenue generation, and new opportunities to senior management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing global partner networks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners across different cultures and regions.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and proactively drive them to completion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Experience in monitoring performance and working with data to track results.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience working for a global regulated financial services organisation
  • Experience working within fintech, banking, wealth, investment, financial or professional services
  • Experience working in scaling businesses supporting growth through partnerships.
