What you'll be doing…

The purpose of the sales planning role is both tactical and strategic. Tactically, Sales Planners ensure consistency in Future’s one-to-one sales pitches and proposals across the global Commercial team -- producing RFP responses and pitch decks.  Strategically, Sales Planners are tasked with delivering stand-out proposals that help us win maximum budget/share-of-wallet, with predictable yield and revenue delivery, in programs/campaigns which deliver on client budgets, and meet/exceed client KPIs.

The Head of Regional Commercial Planning maintains quality, consistency, efficacy, and setting best practices across each vertical commercial planning group. You will collaborate with a UK counterpart and partners directly with Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Ad Ops, Custom Solutions, and Client Success for the successful cascade of process, insights, collateral and product marketing materials to the Commercial Planning team.

  • Management and talent development of multi-tier team
  • Strategic and ROI focused -- ability to see things from our clients perspective
  • Broad knowledge of media channels, popular tactics, and a pulse on the trends of media
  • Experience with modern and evolving content creation and distribution strategies
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying practices
  • Knowledge of analytics and customer management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite, MOAT, Nielsen)
  • Used to working with, preparing and building databases and spreadsheets, for the creation and modification of media plans and templates

The expected range for this role is £32,000 - £55,000

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
