We're seeking a talented UX Engineer to maintain our WordPress-based website and collaborate with UX teams across our organization to develop and implement a cohesive design system. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance our WordPress-based website, integrating our landing pages with our customer and partner journeys.
• Work with UX teams to create and implement a company-wide design system
• Develop reusable UI components and patterns
• Ensure design consistency and best practices across digital products
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers
• Drive UX excellence and advocate for user-centered design principles

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX engineering, preferably with WordPress
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS and JavaScript/frameworks.
• Experience creating and implementing design systems
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate designs into high-quality code
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work
