JOB TITLE: Administrator

LOCATION: The Lexicon Shopping Centre, Bracknell

CONTRACT: Permanent

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week

SALARY: £14.00 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Your main responsibilities are to support the management team with various administration duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deal with all telephone queries from clients or control. Issue instructions and requests to staff via base station

· Raise sub-contract and material requisitions as per the Company procedures; chase up delayed receipt of requisitions

· Order any materials required for the site

· Raise appropriate invoice POs in a timely fashion

· Assist in the generation of management reports

· Collate and distribute the waste management report

· Maintain site budgets

· Ensure all training records are up to date

· Ensure that filing administration is up to date and that site maintenance files are auditable

· Organise incoming and outgoing post daily

· Organise with contractors’ repairs to machinery and book in visits

· Collate timesheets to deadline

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· High attention to detail

· An ability to work under pressure

· Able to work both independently and as part of a team

· An ability to quickly adapt to a very busy operational environment

· A reliable and flexible approach to work

· A willingness to learn

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Proficient in Microsoft
