We are keen to speak with bright, enthusiastic professionals who would like to join a London-based business management consultancy.

As the Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients. You will be expected to regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback and identify areas and opportunities for improvement.

This will be on a hybrid basis, with approximately three days in the office. You may be asked to travel into London to meet with clients where required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the clients' business goals, challenges and operational processes to provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Ensuring the client's business needs and concerns are communicated to the relevant teams.
  • Providing timely updates on product enhancements, relevant industry trends and regulatory changes to the various clients.
  • Assisting with the onboarding processes for new clients and ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the consultancy's software solutions.
  • Preparing quarterly business reviews to clients.
  • Developing and delivering training sessions, webinars and resources to help the clients maximise the use of the products.

Requirements

  • Experience within a financial services industry in a client-facing role.
  • A passion for building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing clients' needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

This will be an initial 6-month contract with the expectation to be taken on a permanent basis. Paying in the region of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
