We are now looking for a team manager to join our Manchester office based in Spinningfields.
As an Energy Sales Team Manager you will take charge of guiding and motivating a team of Energy Sales Consultants. You will be instrumental in devising strategies to boost sales performance, enhance team capabilities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will pave the way for achieving ambitious sales targets and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
Job Details
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Energy Sales Consultants to achieve high performance and exceed sales goals
- Monitor key performance indicators, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Work closely with senior management to align team objectives with overall business goals
- Coach individuals to improve quality and performance.
- Deliver 1-2-1s, and comply with HR policies at line manager level
- Take a customer first approach whilst ensuring optimum profitability of all sales activity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B sales leadership role
- Strong background in managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement necessary changes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Strong people management skills

- Industry-leading package: Base salary £40,000 per annum + uncapped commission. (OTE £60 - £65K)
