More about your role

Yours will be a strategic role as we are always looking to improve what we do and the service we provide to our clients. You will review all processes related to maintenance and evaluate what improvements could be made that can be rolled out across the business. This process must deliver efficiencies for our clients through cost management and a better customer journey for our customers.

This will be a fast paced role that will require quick understanding of challenges and providing quick resolutions to these challenges.

More about you

You will have a background in preparing or reviewing maintenance costs either client or contractor side. You will also provide technical, quality, costing support and training to colleagues on an ongoing basis through toolbox talks and other training methods. To be considered you must have a solid background in maintenance, surveying or contracting. Ideally you will have experience of working with and managing contractors and working within a customer reactive environment. An awareness of property legislation and landlord and tenant obligations is essential.
