Our client is a successful and highly sought after main contractor based in the Bristol & Cardiff regions, specialising in a variety projects across new build, refurbishment & large external cladding replacement across Commercial, Apartments, Education and Care Homes. Typical projects range from £1m - £20m 

Contracts Manager - The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the teamto run projects wibased eitgher from Cardiff or Bristol working on projects nationwide.  Roaming across projects (typically 2-4 at any one time) offering excellent work flexibility with a mix of remote, office and site.  You will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of contracts via site based Site Managers/Project Managers and supported by the commercial team. The role will report to an Operations Manger.

Contracts Manager - The Person 

• You will have a solid and steady permanent career experience with main contractors 
• Demonstrable experience of delivering new build, refurb and fitout projects 
• Experience delivering contracts over £7m 
• Proven experience in managing site based teams on multiple simultaneous projects at once 
• Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things
• High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
• A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors including 
• A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.  
• Commutable within the Bristol or Cardiff areas plus travel
