About the role:

At Fosse Park we support 5 gentlemen with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, each person we support here lives in their own flat and benefit from proactive and active support for everyday tasks and to maintain a calm and therapeutic environment.

B is an older gentleman and really enjoys going out for long walks, visiting the seaside and trips to the pub, B also requires support with communication and using photo symbols as part of his every day communication.

R enjoys time with his support staff to engage with play and intensive interaction, he also enjoys day trips out, going for a drive and watching lights, R requires good structure to his routines and good use of communication tools.

M is always on his feet he really likes meeting his sister for a meal at the pub, he enjoys really tasty foods and listening to his rock music, M enjoys going out for small walks around the community and going swimming.

P loves to burn his energy, he will often go out for a walk and go for miles, he really loves intensive interaction and has communication tools to communicate his every day needs. Family is important to P and will meet his family regularly.

J really enjoys his sports, TV shows and movies, superhero movies such as marvel is also his favourite, he really likes clocks and the ticking sound they make. J has a daily routine of visiting the shops and loves going to the movies, visiting the comic book store and going to places like Flip Out.

This role requires an enhanced DBS Disclosure, which will be obtained for you by Discovery.
