Site Manager – Gallions Reach, Beckon –£65 million, RC Frame Residential Project
To £70k + Package
My client is a recognised Contractor, specialising in public sector developments and private residential schemes in the South East. They have a full order book up until 2023 and a healthy land bank, making them ideal place to work.
They have recently negotiated a scheme at Gallions Reach, Becton for which they need a Site Manager. The project is a £65 million development consisting of 6 RC Frame blocks up to 12 storeys totalling 238 units for a large RSL.
The project is due to start in March and the successful individual will get involved from site set up and take it through the build to handover reporting to a Project Manager.
Previous experience with a main contractor is preferred although candidates from developers will be considered. Experience on residential projects is essential as is a proven track record of successfully running schemes of a similar size and RC frame
