Experienced (PVC) Extrusion Supervisor

An established manufacturing company based in central Birmingham requires a plastic extrusion setter operator / supervisor.
Duties:
- Supervise and monitor all day-to-day extrusion.
- Co-ordinate and control the daily operation of the team, including appraisals and development with identification of training requirements.
- Book daily production on company ERP system / monitor raw material stock levels.
- Setting and operating plastic extrusion machinery.
- General machine operating.
Requirements:
- Supervisory / team leader experience.
- Experience of setting plastic extrusion machinery.
- Basic IT skills.
- General factory machine operation experience.
Hours:
- 7.15am to 5pm Monday to Thursday.
- Occasional Friday's as business demands.
This is a permanent position that starts immediately.
