Junior Finance Business Partner

We’re looking for a part-qualified or newly qualified Finance professional who is keen to take their first step into a Business partnering role.
The Haven Central Finance team work with the Support Centre Leaders to ensure financial matters help to achieve business goals. As Junior Finance Business Partner, you will be the bridge that partners finance to all other departments to ensure the Finance team have visibility of the bigger picture.
Your opportunity
** Taking ownership on leading the Finance processes for your functions and deliver the details in agreed time frames.
** Monthly cost base reviews to ensure there are no mis posts and that accruals and prepayments have been allocated correctly for a true reflection of the period cost. Understand variances in the period and year to date.
**Proactive management of department P&L – managing accruals, prepayments, monthly cost base reviews etc
** Proactive tracking of costs to budget/forecast, understanding any adverse or favourable variances.
**Ad hoc reporting
What we’d like you to bring:
**Part of full ACCA or CIMA qualification
**1-2 years’ experience in a Finance role
**Excellent stakeholder management skills
**Curiosity, you will need to actively seek out solutions
**Excellent reporting and analytical skills
