Description

The key responsibilities of HR/ Administrator - French Speaking in Uxbridge will be:

  • Processing contracts, updating payroll and HR Systems
  • Strengthening relationships within the Shared Service team but also with the recruitment team, P&C BP's, line managers and the payroll team
  • Administrative duties within set SLAs around speed, quality and accuracy of data
  • Participate in project work

Profile

The successful HR/ Administrator - French Speaking in Uxbridge will have:

  • Experience working in France, and fluent in French.
  • HR experience/degree or strong administrative background
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail and can prioritise workload
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems and work to set procedures
  • Enthusiasm and passion to get involved and to operate as part of a team
  • Ability to work within a busy and fast moving environment
