Description

• Managing a team of 3 direct reports and a wider team of up to 50 FTE your role will be deliver outstanding service to both new and existing stakeholders across the business.

• Accountable for operational delivery of services through leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service in line with world class Shared Services standards.

• You will direct all activities to ensure that customers are serviced within the required SLAs, ensuring strong understanding and adherence to compliance and procedural policies and controls are in place to minimise risk.

• You will set clear strategic direction and translate these strategic initiatives into day to day process delivery, manage deadlines for a number of projects and promote continuous improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities

• Operating in a data-driven environment and analysing complex data and use output and insight to support driving business change including policy, standardisation and automation
