We have partnered with a leading engineering consultancy firm, based in the City of London to help with their search for an Associate Recruiter. This is a well-known global firm, heavily involved in the most significant infrastructure projects in the world and an excellent opportunity to further develop your recruitment career.

The Associate recruiter will form a part of a UK based innovative team and will focus on hiring professional and technical positions within the firm.

The successful candidate will have had relevant experience in the 360-recruitment process and preferably within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • With the support of the recruitment manager, organise and manage the recruitment process and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Recruiting for a variety of vacancies within the firm including graduates, engineers, scientists and project managers.
  • Develop relationships with potential candidates and take control of the end-to-end recruitment process: Preparing, Sourcing, Screening, Hiring, Onboarding.
  • Attend relevant marketing events and recruitment fairs.
  • Utilise LinkedIn recruiter to source candidates.

Essential Skills:

  • Degree qualified or relevant work experience.
  • General understanding of IT systems.
  • Extremely organised and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
