Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be supporting a dynamic, succesful Exectutive Search firm in their hunt to find a HR Associate to join their team.

They are based in Central London, with great transport links. This is a small company which is growing continuously, so they are looking for someone to double the size of their HR team and progress in their career with them as their company grows.

They are open to the experience in which this person has. If you have only just graduates or whether you have 7 years of experience, this company are looking for someone to join them and make their mark on the company, acting as a very imortant number 2 to the Head of Talent.

The role

* Support the administration of internal recruitment process: writing and editing job descriptions,
managing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, building and managing
relationships with candidates
* Coordinate onboarding of new employees globally: conducting reference checks, administering new
hire paperwork, ordering equipment, creating and quarterbacking induction schedules
* Contribute to general HR administration: editing contracts and offer letters, documenting salary and
benefits paperwork and exit interviews
* Support in firm-wide learning and development initiatives including bi-annual performance review and
360 feedback processes
* Supporting the conception and delivery of new employee training programmes as appropriate
* Work with global leadership team to gather and analyse data regularly including financial
performance, personnel data, business development activity and other organisational commentary as
required
* Prepare reports and presentations for operating committees, global client development meetings, and
monthly town hall updates
* Database management - perform regular audits of database usage and run reports for management
reporting purposes
* Other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

* Minimum of a 2.1 degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related subject
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - the ability to build highly effective relationships
with a broad cross-section of stakeholders
* Command and fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent attention to detail in analysis and written work, with the ability to break down complex data
into user-friendly reporting as appropriate
* Ability to learn and integrate new systems and processes quickly and effectively
* Genuine commercial interest: passionate about contributing to the effective growth of an ambitious
busines
