Description
As HR Business Partner, you will report to the HR Lead in the US, responsible for all aspects of the HR and Recruitment life cycle for all UK Employees, including the below;
- Full employee life cycle HR duties and responsibilities
- End to end recruitment of Sales and back office staff including onboarding
- Identify and implement any initiatives/improvements within People and Culture around Reward and Recognition, Diversity and Inclusion, Recruitment and Talent Management and Learning and Development.
- Writing and updating policies and procedures
- Processing starters and leavers
- Managing all Employee Relations casework
- Lead on project securing an office location in Birmingham
- Ensuring all employees are compliant and in line with UK Employment Legislation
- Keeping an up to date knowledge of Employment Law and Best practice
- Supporting Line Managers with day to day HR advice, guidance and support
- Ensure full GDPR compliance
- Support with Payroll processing for the UK employees, using WorkDay
- Advise and guide SLT/Board on Key Workforce issues
- Identify training and learning needs within the business
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
- CIPD qualified or WBE
- Sound UK employment law knowledge
- Proven track record at HR Manager/HR Business Partner level
- Comfortable with all aspects of HR, ER and Recruitment including onboarding
- Creative, innovative approach
- Willing to travel to the US twice a year
Job Offer
