Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a high growth tech business that has been one of the success stories of the decade. Established less than 10 years ago this business is now a multi-billion-pound company operating in 11 countries across 800 towns and cities. A listed company with 3500 employees and over 7m users. This is a unique opportunity to join the company as their Benefits Manager and take a lead on all UK employee benefits. Due to a maternity leave this is a 12-14 month contract working within a Reward team of 10 but may have the opportunity to extend.

As the Benefits Manager, reporting to the Head of Reward, you'll take a lead on all UK employee benefits matters, ensuring the effective design, implementation and delivery of the UK benefits strategy. The role also offers the opportunity to get exposure to international benefits. You'll have two Benefits Analysts to support you with your work. You'll partner across various HR, People Strategy and Finance teams to develop solutions and implement programs to enhance the employee experience. You will design and execute impactful benefits and wellbeing programs that align with the reward strategy. You'll ensure these are competitive with the market through effective benchmarking exercises which will include regular market research and data analysis to identify trends. The role will require you to build reports and models to forecast global benefits spend to support with the global budgeting processes. You'll manage vendor relationships, renewal processes and ensure all benefits queries are dealt with in an effective and timely manner with the support of your team. You should also ensure appropriate communications to current employees and new joiners along with suitable documentation and processes.

To be considered for this role you should be a dynamic Benefits professional and have at least 4 years experience working in an employee benefits role for a fast-paced business. It's a bonus if you've worked for a tech or high growth start-up company before that has an ever-changing environment testing your adaptability and flexibility to changing demands. The ideal candidate will have completed and in-house benefits role but consultancy experience will also be considered. You should be driven, hungry to be a high performer and have effective communication and relationship building skills. You must have proven experience benchmarking, managing vendors and completing renewals.
