Your new company
This education organisation based in Solihull, close to Birmingham airport are looking to bring on board a HR Officer in a permanent post to work full time, on site in their busy HR team. The role will be dealing with all areas of HR from recruitment, ER, general HR Administrative work and dealing with policies and procedures.

Your new role
Within this role your duties will include on boarding new starters, assisting line managers with recruitment needs, shortlisting for roles, supporting with ER matters, maintain accurate staff absence, develop and maintain HR policies and procedures among many other duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be an experienced HR professional who has working in a generalist role previously. You must be happy with travel close to Birmingham airport and being office based on a daily basis. You will have some exposure to ER, recruitment and general HR administrative duties.
