EMEA Compensation Analyst

  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward compensation analyst to join a very exciting and fast-growing organisation in the tech industry. This forward-thinking organisation offers a unique working culture with modern dog friendly offices and actively promotes the social aspect of work. This opportunity offers great potential with an EMEA remit.

The Compensation Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of compensation survey data submissions
  • Assist with market data requests and conduct compensation research
  • Assist in the global year-end compensation process, annual pay and bonus review, salary benchmarking
  • Handle the day-to-day analysis and administration need of the company's compensation plans
  • Manage the Compensation in-box and responds to Compensation related requests
  • Creation compensation related communication materials
  • Gender Pay Gap and other ad hoc MI reporting

What you must have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar compensation analyst role
  • Experience working through year end pay review compensation cycles
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent error free work
  • Strong excel and report building skills
