This organisation are a fundraising charity focused on supporting museum's and galleries to exhibit exciting pieces that are accessible to everyone.

Your new role
During this period you will lead on all BAU Hr tasks, as well as leading on key areas defined in the 5-year business planning process, specifically:

  • Working to embed a sustainable approach to EDI training for all staff
  • Continue to build on the organisation's approach to hybrid working and engage workforce on feedback (pause, review, evaluate)
  • Implement L&D practices and support SMT in identifying skills needed to achieve 5-year strategic vision


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will have experience leading an HR function ideally within a standalone role. You will have a proven track record of a hands-on approach to HR and have exceptional senior stakeholder management experience.
